Het Patel is the Wake Bus Rapid Transit Program Manager within Department of Transportation, Transit Division at the City of Raleigh. Het has been with the City of Raleigh since June 2019 and has experience with project and program management with background in short and long-range transportation planning, program development, stakeholder outreach and education with an emphasis on innovation, sustainability, multi-modal connectivity, and transit-oriented development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from University of Florida and a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University. Het is a certified planner through the American Planning Association since 2017.
